Volocopter Flies Over Singapore

From SINGAPORE – DirectIndustry magazine had the chance to attend Volocopter’s first public flight test in Singapore’s Marina Bay during the Intelligence Transport Systems World Congress. The Volocopter is a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft designed to complement public transport systems in megacities as an autonomous electric air taxi. 

We talked about the flight test with Alexander Zosel, Volocopter’s co-founder. He gave us his insights on the future of air taxi and of smart transportation.
